Do you offer free shipping * ?
- FREE in Spain over 30€
- We offer FREE shipping in EU for all the orders over 70€.
- For the countries out of EU shipping fee a participation to the shipping fee is starting at 7€.
Do you offer express shipping ?
- Yes, express shipping are estimated to be delivered between 2 and 4 in EU. Once you purchased your product, the shipping methods would be display. (Note : We contract the shipment via a third part such as TNT, DHL, UPS, or national post office etc...)
From where can i order ?
- We offer shipment to a variety of different countries, on the check-out page there is a drop-down menu which allows you to select the shipping country. If the desired shipping country cannot execute, we will inform you and refund you the same day. Some country cannot be delivered due to postal services or restrictions.
Please note for orders shipped to an address outside the EU, the buyer may have to pay import duties and taxes upon the arrival of the package to the shipping address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that PAUL JARREL has no control over these charges and, since these charges differ for different countries, PAUL JARREL cannot predict their amount. We kindly advise you to contact the local customs office for further information.
Where can i see the progress of my order ?
- You will receive an email to keep you update.
- You will also receive a tracking number from our transporteur.
How long it takes to received my order ?
- EU : 3-7 working days estimated
- Out EU : 7-9 working days estimated
- Express : 2-4 workings days in EU estimated
Note : If you customised your watch, you need to add 3 to 5 business days.
Can i send back my order ?
- Yes, you have 30 days to send back your order. Contact us by email at email@example.com, we would be delighted to help you. Please read our return policy to make sure you are compliant with the procedures.
How long are the watches warranty ?
- 1 or 2 years depending the models.The warranty covers the mechanism inside the watch. It doesn't apply if the damage has occurred as a result of a fall or a drop. Normal wear and tear due to use and aged is not covered. Also, please don't take it for a swim or hold it under water; this is also not covered by our warranty.
How can i contact you ?
- You can contact us directly via the small blue icon on the right bottom of your screen. We usually answer within few minutes Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
- You can also send us an email : firstname.lastname@example.org and you will get our response within few hours.
Payment and security
- We accepted payment from credit card, debit card, Paypal and more.
- Your payment are encrypted and secure. Which mean that we don't have access to your payment informations and they will never be stock in our stores. The payment are made from you bank to our payment provider.
Do you have promo code ?
- We do not display promo code on our website. We offer time to time some special offer on our social media account, or via our newsletter, so stay connected :)
